Because defaulting on mortgage loan repayments can lead to foreclosure and the lowering of property values the government decided to implement a program of mortgage principal reduction. This program is designed to assist home owners who are struggling to pay off their loans on time. In a way this is a forgiveness program that pardons borrowers in default, but not as completely as you might be thinking. Read on to find out more about this.
The program being implemented by the bank of America is set to open its doors to the public at the beginning of May this year. It will allow borrowers to reduce the balance on their mortgages to 100% of the value of the loan. What happens is that they will regard a certain percentage of your principal balance to be interest free leniency. In the long run they can then approve the pardoning of 30% of the principal. But this reduction is open to homeowners who do not default on payments for five years.
On top of this interest rates can also be lowered to become as low as 2%. And for those who would like to pay a lot less every month there is the opportunity for them to actually extend the repayment period for the loan. Sometimes banks and lending institutions can extend the repayment period to 40 years.
For you to qualify for reduction you must at least be in a position of hardship. Every application must be accompanied with a letter of hardship that brings to light the extent of your financial problems. Utility bills, insurance policies, pay slips and your mortgage contract are other documents banks would like to see attached to any application.
But you must be careful with modification facilities as they are offered by the different credit institutions. Obviously there will always be that dishonest modification company that charges you a lot more in the long run due to hidden fees and charges. Plus, be wary of affecting your credit score by making an application after having defaulted on payments as this will only dent your score.
Did you know that defaulting mortgage loan repayments can result in foreclosure and even the lowering of property values? Mortgage principal reduction the ultimate solution. Inside info now on http://www.nphsrealestate.org/.

Use A large Search Engine to Find the Results and Truth:
After reading some of the search engine’s news alerts on one or two particular topics, I feel a little ill. I read in horror. I read in disbelief. But only for about three minutes do I remain unbelieving because I think back to when I visited one of the rehabilitation and care centers, one that boasted of a completely closed in solarium, and I remember the horrible things that I saw inside of that one. Just having that short memory was enough to make me a believer as I read through the hundreds and hundreds of news alerts that regarded the topics of nursing homes and rehabilitation and care centers.
What kinds of things do I read that make me feel ill? For example, I read one news alert that clearly stated that one nursing home resident was found with maggots in his eyes and on his body. Meanwhile for days or weeks before, no staff member noticed that he was developing maggots? What does it take to develop maggots to begin with? I am guessing that wetness or dampness and dirt, and bacteria are good starts for a maggot infestation. Perhaps a dirty , wet diaper might have triggered the maggots if the resident was on a filthy bedspread or sheet? Perhaps. Only we can guess at these things. But we can also, besides guessing, remember what we saw in some nursing homes and put two and two together . Then , indeed our guesses might be pretty close to reality , correct?
Maggots in Eyes! Horror and more Horror!
How does a grown man develop maggots in his eyes? Anyone care to answer that? Another resident of another nursing home was found dead after being thrown or jumped from the sixth floor window. Was this person thrown or did they jump? The first news reports claim it was a suicide. But I would like to know how they came to that conclusion. After all, did anyone find a suicide note? No note was mentioned in the news article. Did anyone have a reason why this person would want to kill themselves? No one mentioned any reasons. So how did the news or the police come to the conclusion that this was indeed a suicide. Is that the easiest guess? Or is that the answer that does not require an investigation and some expense of money that must be distributed in order to do an investigation. Wouldn’t you think that an investigation is necessary when a resident, who was not even missing, was found dead on the ground outdoors from a nursing home? I am still waiting to hear what the investigation found out –IF there was an investigation.
I read other horror stories too in the news alerts. I read stories that there was one nursing home that was closed down because they found another resident outdoors and they dragged the body indoors so that no one would know the person died outdoors. This person, too, was not even missed by the staff until they found the body.
Rehabilitation and Care Center Resident FOUND near Staten Island Ferry (and She Was Not Even Noticed Missing)!
Are you getting ill hearing these stories? Are you thinking they cannot be true? Are you thinking this must be happening somewhere else, but not in America? Think again. Most of those incidents happened in the USA. In fact, one , this one, where a lady was not even noticed missing, was found at or near the Staten Island Ferry. AFTER that incident, the rehabilitation and care center implemented new rules. AFTER this lady was found, they began issuing passes to the visitors, seemingly so this could be prevented. How about just being more careful? Instead of regulating visitors, how about just making sure that the staff does their job? How is it possible that a resident should be missing so long that they can make it all the way to the Staten Island Ferry? Granted, this nursing home , pardon me, this rehabilitation and care center is not far from the water, but still, the staff did not even notice that she was missing.
How do these horrible things happen and how do they remain covered up? And who are these higher-ups who cover these things up? You would think that this Staten Island incident should have made the front pages of the newspapers but it did not. Thank God this woman was found in time, meaning , was found alive. Shortly after that they transferred her to another facility or hospital.
Horror, horror and more horror and it happens every single day right here in America.

There are many problems that confront the world and its inhabitants nowadays. Some of the serious problems are famine, diseases, religious controversies, poverty, natural disasters, hatred, violence, and selfishness. These are all real problems many people in the United States have to go through, but the problems that will be focused on and discussed in this article are violence, hatred, and selfishness. Selfishness is a disease that has been increasingly spreading through and afflicting the US and other countries, where less and less people think about others and only concentrate on their own best interests. Emotions toward the USA government have changed dramatically in recent years due to many varying factors. Such elements include the differing political standpoints of issues (conservative vs. liberal) and governmental dealings of national and international disputes (equal rights activists and decisiveness in going to war).
Many, myself including, dislike extremists (people who go to extreme measures, often violence, to express their views on matters such as religion, race, and politics) on both sides of the war situation, or any situation for that matter. It is simply outrageous how some people can become so one sided as to make false, and sometimes stupid, accusations to try to make people understand that they are entirely correct and anyone who opposes them is completely wrong, staying dogmatic the entire time despite the facts against them. I for one support the liberation of countries, such as Iraq, to save the citizens of the country from the atrocities that tyrants, such as Saddam Hussein, force them to endure (such as torture and often slaughter of innocent people whenever he feels like doing so). Was there something that needed to be done to stop senseless murders and future terrorist attacks? Of course, a solution to those problems was essential. Did we need to wage an all-out-war? Maybe not, though the al-Qaeda network does extend the Taliban throughout numerous countries of the Middle East. Most civilians do not know enough, concrete, information to judge whether going to war with Iraq was absolutely necessary or not.
Nevertheless, many people over the world, including myself, did not see a definite reason to go to war with another Middle Eastern country when it does not pose a direct or tangible threat, just a liable menace. Even if the reason is wrong, or the goal is unclear, the American people need to support troops that are engaged fighting enemies in different parts of the world because in their minds they fight for a noble cause, to keep their country and the ones living in it safe from others who threaten to harm them. Unfortunately, there are some who hate the troops specifically just because they are directly involved with the war. No matter what the reason may be for their loathing of American soldiers, their contempt is still considered a hate crime toward the men and women of the United States military force along with their foreign allies, which displays unacceptable and despicable behavior toward themselves.
It was greatly beneficial to the Iraqi citizens that the United States overthrew Hussains rule and the al-Qaeda network had weakened. Other positive progresses included the Iraqi governments growth and Al-Zarqawis recent death boosting citizens morales about the probable outcome of war. However, the CIAs faulty intelligence about Weapons of Mass Destruction and on average a solider dying every day in Iraq due to insurgents has lowered the credibility of the governments decision making and the Presidents leadership capabilities. Even so, people who submit ridiculous accusations against the government by calling them terrorists and staging 9/11 without solid proof are irrational and preposterous. Those types of people are often known as conspirators. There is no logical way that so many people in high ranking offices would allow something so unspeakable as the murder of thousands of innocent civilians to take place without at least telling the public of the atrocity; or be ignorant to the fact that the government was behind the attacks. The general population is too concerned with their own self interests to know, or care, about the actual facts and problems of the war; along with inaccurate information on domestic issues, such as the energy crisis, misleading them as well.
Likewise, the media sways the public opinion partly through often exaggerations of the truth to gain renown and wealth due to increased ratings from its stories that tell what the public yearns to hear; this type of media dishonesty is also known as yellow journalism. Conspirators use the media, sometimes, to influence the public to jump on a bandwagon of misled, stretched, or completely false articulations to gather support, on thinking either what they believe is acceptable or trying to move toward anarchy within the country. Am I saying the government and our President are without faults? Of course not, but citizens of any democratic country need to have faith in the actions the government makes to help progress the nation. However, if the actions taken seem immoral or foolish then the citizens of the nation should be allowed to express their views, but to a sensible level as to not become unreasonable or obscene to others. Nevertheless, people do not need to go against every policy made by the government because in some way or another it may seem flawed; those flaws may be needed to compensate for the rest of the policy to be implemented into law. Those living in a sophisticated associated Democratic society, even with the freedom to express their opinions, should be more grateful and satisfied that they do not live under Communist, Socialist, or even Libertarian rule.
People ought to remain independent and not tied down to every decision the government makes. Yet they should refrain from becoming governmental heretics; for the nation is run by the people, and rallying support against the government would, in retrospect, be rebelling against themselves. Even though the officials run the country, it was based on the decisions of the people, who also created the government and prevented it from becoming Communism. Moreover without order from a government, a polarized Anarchy forms and then chaos follows until another government is established (for needed proof, just look up how many anarchy regions there are in the world). The U.S. government does have corruption in it, but so does every other government and everyone. So do not think, hypocritically, that any human can go without blame simply because that one person did not do the same things that government officials may have done. Criminals living in the U.S. that are responsible for insane and illegal actions such as the Oklahoma bombing, the collapse of Enron, the Zodiac killer, and attacks against the freedom riders have plagued this country for many years. More American people had committed greater crimes than virtually any action that the main branches of the federal government had executed, including the Watergate and Iran-Contra scandals.
The real problem in America is the amount of depraved people it houses; which, fortunately, only a few of those who are exceptionally atrocious make it to any area of federal power. Many incoherent people (whether they are from political statuses or not) who disclaim the rising economy, through the Bush Administration, do so to try to discredit the opposing political party as a whole or are truly oblivious to the obvious facts of the economic prosperity. As this nation progresses in its attempt for greater “liberty and justice for all,” more citizens can get away with molestation, vandalism, animal cruelty, theft, and other heinous crimes with fewer severe consequences. Lawyers are largely to blame for the amount of things that people can get away with nowadays, with finding technicalities in the cases or manipulating their wording to make it seem as if it were understandable why the defendant committed the act. Some of the lawyers that cause people to get away with crimes should be considered criminals themselves. For the severity of crimes like murder, rape, terrorism, etc. in which lawyers convince the courts to pardon their clients on is unacceptable and inhumane to the victims and the sanity of the nation.
Certainly, the ideas and lies that quite a few rebel rousers endorse (some being that the planes which had crashed into the World Trade Centers and the Pentagon were actually missiles) have ruined the believability of their statements when put against common sense. For example, when hundreds of people have attested to planes crashing into buildings, they cannot all be so unintelligent as to mistake a missile for an aircraft. On another note, if people living in a country hate it so much and want to turn against it, as well as showing anti-patriotism openly, why do they not just leave the “terrorist government” and live their lives in another country where they can be selfish to their hearts content without the government saying No to any of their desires for pro-choice no matter how morally wrong it may be? It is because they take advantage of this countrys freedom for all policy and want more of what they already have here; even at the sake of others moral standings.
If all those people, including pro-violence demonstrators and perverts, left the U.S. to move to their choice country, just think how much of an improvement it will be for the rest of us and how more civilized the country may become (apart from the massive economic drop that would ensue if all of those people really did leave). Is the state of the world in an unstoppable immoral mess of technological supremacy (microchip implants, abortion clinics, pornographic websites)? No, at least not yet; but it is getting to that point soon and there is nothing that is going to stop, or can stop, the inevitable future of the planet. Although I am a pro-America supporter, I am concerned for some of the jingoistic supporters of the country who are deluded to the fact that democracy and politicians do have flaws and the country is no where near being a utopia. Even going to the point of slander and violence to those who think otherwise; similar to Napoleon Bonaparte. Yet most people are lazy and ignorant to the real world and think peace is such an easy concept for all of the nations to achieve if everyone just did nothing and simply throw away all of their religious beliefs; highly impractical. So for any of the said extremists and excessive complainers who have read this much of the article, I have just one last remark to enounce, Suck It Up or Shut It Up.
I am a concerned citizen for the future of America and write about what I feel is needed to be said about issues using logic and understanding of the situation.

I made my choice at age twenty, so voluntary pregnancy termination (“vpt”) has been a part of my entire adult life. I’ve walked the road of choice and in doing so feel I have the credibility to walk along side others experiencing pain or confusion from their “vpt” loss.
I was 20 years old, a sophomore in college when I found myself in an unplanned pregnancy. I was the only one in my family who’d ever gone to college. I had a full ride scholarship and there was “no way” I could face my parents or even myself by changing the course of my goals. The father was in the same situation. He was the only one in his family who had been to college. He was on work study with NASA, a coveted spot to be in and too valuable to give up for any reason. This was “his shot” at life.
While recounting all the details is helpful in resolution, I don’t remember hardly anything about the days prior to the voluntary pregnancy loss. I remember sitting in my doctor’s office feeling very alone, overwhelmed, mostly in unbelief. I felt like I was in a car that had just slammed into a brick wall. There was ‘no way out’ of this mess. I remember seeing my Dad and my Mom’s face and how disappointed they would be. I did feel anger towards myself for being so stupid. I think the first doctor appointment could best be described as denial. I kept thinking the answer would be different than what I suspected.
When I told my boyfriend (who would eventually be my future husband) the news he was angry. He told me there was only “one solution” to our situation. He would consider nothing else. Since I was feeling so much shame and worry about telling my parents I agreed with him. I had a horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach but I felt like this was my only way out. I didn’t think about the pregnancy as a pregnancy. Mostly, it was an inconvenient situation, a crisis that I really needed out of my way as soon as possible. I did not connect in anyway that this was a pregnancy. Again, it was mostly an enemy that I needed to fight and get out of my life.
I only remember two or three things about “the day.” I remember it was cold and windy, a March day. And then I remember that my boyfriend said, “It’s over, it’s done and we will never talk about this again.” And so the secret began. I did what he said. I never talked again until of course I was able to find a safe place to share my secret. This was over 20 years after the fact.
I do remember getting in the car and driving off. Mostly, I felt numb and did not think about this day for many, many years. Immediately, my first reaction was relief. Probably a bit like feeling like you’d just been pardoned from a prison sentence.
Yet women who choose voluntary pregnancy termination (“vpt”) are not allowed to cry about their loss, not even permitted by themselves, much less other people. It is “expected” that we just “get on” with our lives. We are for the most part are able to do that well.
At some point I went to a professional therapist in a town 180 miles away from me. I did want to ask him if the reoccurring dreams could be connected to the “vpt”. I did not want anyone in my near vicinity knowing about the choice I’d made so long ago, so I was forced to drive this distance to find someone who did not know me. Little did I know that because of confidentiality reasons, my information would not have been disclosed anyway! Again, so sad…we have “back door voluntary termination of pregnancy solutions” removed from our culture, but resolution for the grief surrounding the choice is still being accomplished “under cover.” I had to drive 180 miles!
When I came clean to the therapist about the “vpt” and asked him if this was part of why I was feeling sad all the time, He said, “You have made a valid choice. It is legal. You are making a big deal out of this. You need to just go home and get over it!” This was a total invalidation of my emotions by a professional. There is no way he understood that I was experiencing the effects of years of unresolved grief. I didn’t need him to validate my choice, I needed him to validate my grief!
Since this time I’ve listened to countless other “vpt” stories. We are all in the same boat. There are very few people we can talk to about our sadness and grief and loss. I hope to be a voice for women needing to talk. It is time to move staying alone in our grief to talking about our feelings about our choice decisions!

Have you ever wondered about carrying out a criminal background search of the people that are working for you – your nanny, chauffeur or employees at the office? If it has never occurred to you to do so, do you know that you may be throwing caution to the wind by leaving your kids, your business and even your life in the hands of possible felons? Or, has it actually occurred to you to carry out such a search but you have been discouraged as you did not know where to carry out a criminal background records search?
Well, with a whole array of information on criminal back ground records made available to you by the Internet you no longer have to wonder anymore about how to carry out such a search. But before we go ahead, I will like us to take a look at some of the reasons why any one would want to conduct a free criminal background search on another person.
One may be tempted to conduct a free criminal background search on someone if he or she is trying to employ someone for his or her business and needs to be sure about the prospective employee.
You may be looking for someone who will take care of your kid(s) while you are away for a trip or while you are at work and you need to be sure if the person is someone who you can trust or if he or she is not someone who will influence your kids for the wrong reasons.
You can use the full name of the person in question to conduct a search on the search engines. Chances are that you will be able to find some ( very little information ) about someone on the internet if he or she has ever done business on the internet prior to your search. You may also find information about the said person on the search engines if a news paper ( who has a website ) has ever done a story of the crime the person committed in the past.
Another way of carrying out a free criminal background search on a person is to search the criminal database website of the locality the person is in. The problem, however, with this type of search is that the person might have committed a crime in a different state and hence would not have their criminal information in the site you are checking.
The option of having to check each and every one of the numerous criminal information websites in the country can be a daunting task. Luckily enough, there are sites that can provide you with all the information on criminal offenders in the country and even outside the country. However, they charge a fee ( as little as $ 20 per search ) for the service they offer. Nonetheless you are guaranteed accurate, comprehensive criminal record search which is totally confidential when you enlist the services of a good database search provider.
However, there are so many paid public records lookup directories but not all of these directories are good. The only public records lookup site we have used and recommend is Government resources.
Government resources is a directory that is able to help you find the details of the public records of anyone within minutes right from the comfort of your home for as little as and they will give you 100% refund of your money if you are not satisfied with their service. Click Here to read a review about Government resources.
publicrecordssearchonline.org See if someone is a criminal by checking their criminal history online. You can look up a person’s background for free by accessing criminal databases and running a criminal records search on that person. Conducting a background check on someone comes in handy when you want to screen your neighbors or your child’s babysitters record. You can find out about a person by doing a simple search on their criminal convictions and criminal charges. You can look at a person’s arrest history and see what someone has been convicted of as well.
