Steve Weeres – A True Story of His First Adventure in Sailing Part 4

Steve Weeres

I’d just about resigned myself to the actuality that that docking was doomed.  In my interest in staying the evening on the vessel rather than a jail cell, I was certainly going to avoid the RCMP vessel.

Matt and Becky had been active on deck getting ready for docking, and I wasn’t certain if I should inform them they may end up as unwelcome company on the Northwind, so I made a decision they were each and every man for themselves and bit my tongue.  Separating my ideas I was noticing that I was coming in much too hot, so I eased up on the throttles.  There was a very helping soul on the dock to capture our line, and I was very content to see it was not one of the boat owners of the Northwind.  I didn’t possess a strategy B.

Another person, I haven’t got a clue who (I had my own fish to fry) threw a line out which was caught perfectly.  I was adjusting with throttles sufficient enough to be happy that the collision with the Northwind wasn’t going to sink both ships, and I had a desperate necessity for that ordeal to be finished so I was heading for it.  The Northwind was looming close up and I discovered the chirping of the crew was turning to hollers that I was wishing never to listen to yet again.  Nothing worse than a backseat driver when you are trying to concentrate.  I wanted to ram the throttles in full force back, but I wasn’t convinced that it had been tied off properly yet and the crew wasn’t helping me by answering my pleas for information.  If I rammed into reverse to soon, I would be back again to my RCMP trouble and spend the night in the crowbar hotel, so I let her coast gently in.

I was yelling if we were tied off, these folks have been yelling I was coming in too suddenly so conversation was useless.  I stopped right up until the screaming ended and put it in heavy rear thrust, hoping one line secured off may cease thirty 5 tons of vessel.  And after that it occurred.

The ship simply magically halted and drifted to the dock where the crew right away tied off.  The crew was thanking what now turned out to be four people due to all the yelling, and I was shutting down the motors as quickly as possible

Now that the docking gone so well, I wanted to go out once more.  But I didn’t have the mental stamina to do it.  This time however, I did possess a plan B, I headed below and poured myself a stiff drink and put on loud rock and roll music.

Radio Audio - West Kelowna RCMP Officers Get Shot at Multiple Times During Pursuit (2/2)

Part 1 – www.youtube.com Part 2 – www.youtube.com Part 2 of 2. July 31st 2012 – Two men and a woman are in police custody following a high speed chase that put Okanagan Mounties in the line of fire. Just after 1:30 pm, Tuesday, police were attempting to make a routine stop of a green Dodge Caravan on Boucherie Road, when the driver accelerated away, setting off a violent chain reaction. “They fired shots at the (West Kelowna) RCMP, then the suspects fled down Westside Road,” That started a drama-fraught chase that led police from West Kelowna, Kelowna and the North Okanagan detachments all the way to Swan Lake in Vernon. It’s been said the danger level reached an apex when a North Okanagan police vehicle heading south on Westside Road from Vernon, turned around and waited for the suspects to come up behind him. Suspects allegedly shot a number of rounds from what was assessed to be a “high-powered rifle” at that same RCMP vehicle, hitting it as they drove forward. When they stopped firing bullets, they continued on in an attempt to run that police vehicle off the road. In their flight from police, suspects also ran over two spike belts set out in separate locations and kept moving ahead with flat tires. They were able to switch vehicles twice, Clark confirmed, noting that the Caravan was exchanged first for a red pickup truck then a black pick up truck. What’s unclear is how those vehicles came into their possession. Ultimately, the vehicle went off the road, and the

Steve Weeres – A True Story of His First Adventure in Sailing Part 3

It’s lonely at the top.  My coronary artery was beating wildly and I was afraid to take my eyes off the sea when Becky came in and asked me if I wanted something to eat.  She can’t see me in this condition, I said to myself.  I was the furthest place from hungry, but I knew a yes was the road of the very least resistance, and she would go beneath to the galley.  I somehow meekly squeaked out a yes and she looked at me kind of funny and walked below.

I made a pact to myself right then and there.  If my heart hits that rate once again on the ship, I’m finished as Captain and I’m finished with that 30 five ton nightmare.  Little did I know I was to dishonor that pact quite a few more times.

I regained my composure by the time Becky got back with my sandwich.  When she wasn’t looking it became fish food, the knot in my stomach did not allow for me to put anything in it.

However, at the same time we cleared the inner harbor and the little waves caught the side of the ship and rocked the watercraft mildly and something fell off the salon table.  I turned the watercraft back.  Now generally I would be embarrassed to do such an action.  But there was no embarrassment when I advised the crew that I was done for the day.  Of course these folks didn’t get it so I believe I feigned a little sickness, and with the knot in my abdomen I definitely didn’t feel like I was being untruthful.

My trials weren’t over yet, I still had to dock this boat.  I simply wanted to sit out in the inner harbour for awhile and get fully functional yet again, but alas, there have been various boats coming in and I had to go straight to what seemed to me now, an unattainable place to maneuver this vessel in.  Our ship was fifty two feet long, and the slip (landlubbers – car parking spot) appeared fifty two ft, one inch.

My approach was quite simple.  I would ensure that I missed the RCMP vessel, go relatively slow, but not so slow the current may drive me too far into that vessel.  Then I was going to put on the reverse thrusters as full throttle as I could, pray that some kind soul would be at the dock to get a line and tie us off, and use the Northwind to assist us come to a nice dock.

Coquitlam RCMPolice rural unit in conjunction with the BC Conservation Service, Ministry of Environment, Teal Cedar Products, Harken Towing, Belanger Loading and Amix Recyclers removed 15 abandoned vehicles in the Upper Pitt lake area which had been left to rot. The vehicles had been barged into the area over many years for recreational purposes but left to disintegrate on the side of a logging road when they finally broke down or the owners outright abandoned them. After years of phone calls to various Government agencies, the Coquitlam RCMP and their partners finally chased these vehicles out of the Upper Pitt by moving them from their lake side grave via a heavy duty logging buncher onto a barge, and then to a metal recycler 28 miles down lake. This time hopefully removing derelict vehicles for good. Known for its world class fishing, fall hunting and it’s elusive natural hot springs, the Upper Pitt is a year round destination for all walks of life. The Basics of Losing Weight – Part IV – Mindset

This week on “The Basics of Weight Loss” we’ve got what I consider the most important aspect. I was going to have part IV be about weight lifting routines, but I wanted to get mindset done because it is that important.

There are different levels to being in the right frame of mind. You have to be in the right frame of mind for your whole plan. You have to be in the right frame of mind for your time in the gym. You have to be in the right frame of mind for the exercise you’re currently doing.

When it comes to fat loss someone once told me “Remember its not a sprint, its a marathon.” This is important because I know people that try to do too much at first, then they don’t see results they give up. That’s the sprint.

The marathon is when you keep at it, keep at it. Make good decisions that you can stick to. Read my articles on BMR and Macro-Nutrients to help find a starting point for those decisions. Make little changes at first, the marathon can last a lifetime in some people so changes that you can stick to in the long run are the ones that will help you take the fat off and keep it off.

This is one of the reasons I go ballistic when I see an infomercial about weight loss, or I see something on the morning news about this new amazing product or pill that will take fat off of you. It messes with your mindset. Everyone has the power to change themselves, but infomercials and shows not only give bad information they reinforce the notion that weight loss is too hard to do on your own or without a magic pill or surgery. Thats bullshit, pardon my language, but that’s why mindset is so important. If you don’t believe in it it wont happen. BELIEVE!

Also you have to have short term mindset. This is when you’re working out in the gym. You have to set you focus for each rep. Don’t let yourself get distracted while you lift or you could injure yourself. You really want to bring your A game while you’re working out.

And of course before you start any weight loss plan you should consult with your doctor to make sure that you are physically able and if there are any allergies you might have.

Just remember we all have the power to change ourselves for the better. That’s the most important part, without mindset nothing else I’ve written matters.

Cricketers Infidelity and Betrayal – Is it True Part 1

Indian cricketers would continue to let down the Nation’s fans as ever

Before; because they are part of a “Secular Team and not a National Team”

I have been closely monitoring Indian cricket from quite sometimes now; but how deeply I was hurt when our team failed to qualify for World Cup and has forced me to carry out an insight analysis of the debacle. The team has not only played with the sentiments of over a billion people but also let down the National esteem as well. Some of my friends have even gone to extent of saying entire team as traitors. Are they?

I would try to take back my readers to money minting Shaarja one day cricket series of yesteryears where India had lost most of the finals either by hook or crook. Any common Indian could have analyzed the cause of such loss of esteem; but neither our cricketers nor Cricket Control of India (BCCI) had ever felt the humiliation of losing National prestige. Every defeat was considered mere game.

Though, some of the readers would debate the issue of linking politics with the game; but I would say that the games are the image of a Nation. We Indians have to understand and accept that so far none of the Indian cricketer, barring Kapil and few others, had thought for the Nation; but they have always played for individual records and status. Most of the times, our team had disappointed Indian fans repeatedly.

After over three decades of my study, I feel that the Indian cricketers would continue to let down the Nation as ever before because we are a “Secular Team and not a National Team”. Indian fans would continued to be deceived by not Sachin and Ganguly only but all those money minded cricketers; whenever Indian fans would like?. They would never perform when Nation wants; but would only perform to make individual records and mint money. The cricketer’s identity is with that of a Nation and not as individual entity. Once, Steve Waugh, Australian captain has made very important observation while replying to so-called Indian legendry Cricketer Sunil Gavaskar that Indian cricketers play for individual achievements. He was right and is even right toady. The Indian legendry cricketers; who had only played for themselves and not for the nation, have all the World Records of batting in their names but never had they played for the Nation. I am sure that 99% Indian cricket lover and fans would support my views.

Infact, Kapil Daa is also pursuing similar goals; and shares my views of awakening Indian Cricketers consciousness, but the barefaced Indian media has made these Self Centered Players (SCP) National heroes, despite knowing well that most of the world records holding Indian cricketers have always ditched the nation when Indian fans needed most.

Infact, these players have betrayed the faith of over a billion Indian in the recent world cup debacle. I still do not believe that our team was incompetent; but the Bengali entry and internal rift had ensured that Dravid does not get the credit to carry world cup home, thus, making a history. The similar story of internal rift amongst the players was aired by most of the channels, a few months later, as to why Indian team faired so bad? Truly speaking, the traitors are within us. A few selected traitors in the past like King Ambhi, Jaychand and many more; have made Mother India (MI) slave for over 1100 years; but the present teams betrayal had buried hopes of over a billion Indian.

I would like to comment on the style of getting out. How can you expect a player; after playing over hundred matches getting out with inner edge bold out? My repeated match video visuals analysis of Sachin, Ganguly and other player’s style of getting out, has indicated a set pattern. I still feel strongly that these players were unwilling horses who are forced to drink water because they are senior players. Simply these players applied inner edge to a inner swing rising ball to upstick the bails. Has, once; the team’s failure proved that billion Indians are being betrayed?

A very tricky question; indeed, needs to be read well and replied by our record holders. Readers should not be surprised as most of the players knew well as to how to get out without getting blamed?

Anyhow, with the time, our team perceives that it has become professional but infact the team actually began to drift towards glittering life styles of wealth. While witnessing matches, if every a common man can analyze as to how a player is performing so poorly or getting out why cannot BCCI? Though, our irresponsible media has been blaming Sehwag for his failures; but I would say that he always lost his wicket while playing a shot and not advertently delaying runs or trying to create a record at the altar of National esteem. So far various Indian veteran cricketers have almost all the records to their credit, but they had rarely performed when country’s billion fans wanted. Is it a matter of shame or pride?

How can country admire such cricketers who had betrayed and deceived the nation in world cup?

How can Indian fans pardon these cricketers who deceived over a billion fans?

How can these players still play in the National teams?

How are we not realizing the entry of old players that it has widen the team rift; and their re-selection has paved the way for, what I called the Silent Attitude of Hatred in Cricket (SAHIC).

These SAHIC traits are not only being played on field but also with the sentiments of Indian fans. Nevertheless, Sri Jagan Nath BA had said that we Indians have history of short lived memories; and we forget our tormentors soon. I hope such people would continue to prosper in India.

As to how meticulously present team’s internal difference and SAHIC has ditched the Nation and over billion Indian fans, is not to be forgotten or pardoned? I would record my husband’s a very correct prediction, the day some of the senior players were reselected to be the part of the Indian World cup team, he said quote “India will not win World Cup, because the failed senior players would not like Dravid to make a history. The internal rifts had made India physical slave for over 1100 years; but now the internal simmering discontent in the team would throw out Indian team out of the World cup” unquote. His statement had proved true next day when India lost to Bangladesh.

While trying to find out as to how could correctly he predicted such an outcome, I debated a few issues to bring out his perception. He said that none of the senior player would like India to win world cup under Dravid; and to achieve this, these cricketers would ditch the Nation. I will request readers to analyze our team’s individual player’s contribution in each match and the style of getting out. The disgraceful exit from world cup has not deterred money minded players. The BCCI has further complicated the issue with their immature actions while selecting a team. I recall old headlines about a few cricketers of making money through proxy. The allegations of betting on cricketers like Jadeja, Aziurddin and others; who were part of Match Fixing Scandal (MFS), have been betraying Indian fans through proxy. Though electronic and print media have been reporting about MFS, but not only BCCI, the ICC also has remained deaf and dumb for want of proof. I still believe that Manoj Prabhakar was victimized for making role of hidden money public.

As Indians, by nature, have very short memories, they will forget betrayal of cricketers in near future. I am sure that next victory would make them heroes without any credit due to pro-media sympathy towards selected cricketers. Though, we must give credit to some of the senior players for giving their best to the game, but they had done nothing free, they have been paid far well than what they have deserved. In addition, to fixed perks, these players earned Crores through advertisements as well.

What credit Indian Cricketers have now deserved from Nation, who’s every citizen, they have been regularly betraying due to the internal rift, I ask the Indian.

The Aaj Tak report, on as to why India lost world cup, was an eye opener. The, ifs and buts of entire gamut, between the team captain and other senior players, have been deliberated in detail through telecast. It was shocking to learn that these players; who are still part of our team; had how meticulously got out without getting blamed. The Indian are, by and large, still showing and imposing faith; but the team time and again is proving unworthy of such trust.

I would request that:-

· One; an independent agency be hired to investigate all cricketers role in betraying the Nation;

· Two; not to allow any player till their role is clearly investigated after viewing all the shots as to how they got out?

· Three; debar the entire team which was part of World Cup humiliation;

· Four; do not pardon any of them until unless, they tender a general apology for deceiving the Indians fans world over:

· Five; third angle of money muscles should be investigated as well. Who knows; as it was over 1500 Crores of betting, the Indian and Pakistani both teams not qualifying, were not part of the large money laundering networked.

· Six; change rule of selection committee to select Nationalist and Patriotic (NAP) players rather money hungry, opportunist and cheat secular.

At last, I would highlight that there is a need for Indian fans to review their

expectations. My readers, would agree with me that so far when ever Indian fans wanted Indian Cricket team to win, they always lost. What to talk of team even, Indian star cricket players have never lived up to the Indian fans expectations.

What I have observed that:

· A); the Indian cricketers play for self and not for the country, how can India win a match when Indian fans wanted? All readers would agree with me that Indian Cricket team has most of the times deceived Indian fans whether it was world cup or a prestigious match of do or die against traditional opponent Pakistan. Had they been playing for the country, India would have won every match our team played;

· B); as most of the Individual cricketer’s world records, barring spin bowling of Shane, are held by Indian cricketers such as Sachin, Sunil, Dravid and so on; but none of the record have been achieved while playing for the country to win. Infact Sachin is one player who is holding most of the records, but he always ditched the Nation when needed. I am sure, barring a few matches, rarely India won a match where Sachin had performed well. This amply prove that Indian cricketers are still individual players who are put together to make Individual records at the cost of National Exchequer.

· C); Even today, 12 August 2007, Indian cricketers lack killing instinct. They are sloth and behave as such. They know that there is no penalty on them, they play as they wish. Our players have become so insensitive to Indian fans appeal, they do not bother.

· D); I believe that till the time Indian cricketers feel that they are Indian first and player later, till then Indian cricketer fans would continued to be betrayed as world cup 2007.

Question by paulisfree2004: Should Leonard Peltier be granted a new trial, or pardoned?
The Case of Leonard Peltier
Quick Facts

* Leonard Peltier is an imprisoned Native American considered by Amnesty International, the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, National Congress of American Indians, the Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Center for Human Rights, Archbishop Desmond Tutu and Rev. Jesse Jackson, amongst many other leaders, organizations and private citizens, to be a political prisoner who should be immediately released.

* Leonard Peltier was convicted for the deaths of two FBI agents who died during a 1975 shoot-out on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota—home of the Oglala Lakota. Mr. Peltier has been in prison for over 30 years.
* The Wounded Knee occupation of 1973 marked the beginning of a three-year period of heightened political violence on the Pine Ridge Reservation. The tribal chairman hired vigilantes, self-titled “GOONS,” to rid the reservation of American Indian Movement (AIM) activity and sentiment. More than sixty traditional tribal members were murdered and scores more were assaulted. Evidence indicated GOON responsibility in the majority of crimes, but despite a large FBI presence, nothing was done to stop the violence. The FBI supplied the GOONS with intelligence on AIM members and looked away as the GOONS committed crimes. One former GOON member reported that the FBI supplied him with armor piercing ammunition.
* Leonard Peltier was a talented AIM organizer in the Northwest and was asked by traditional people at Pine Ridge, South Dakota to support and protect them, as they were being targeted for violence. Mr. Peltier and a small group of young AIM members set up camp on a ranch owned by the Jumping Bulls, a traditional Lakota Family.

* On June 26, 1975, two FBI agents in unmarked cars followed a pickup onto the Jumping Bull’s ranch. The families immediately became alarmed and feared an attack. Shots were heard and a shoot-out erupted. More than 150 agents, GOON’S and law enforcement surrounded the ranch.

* When the shoot-out ended the two FBI agents and one Native American lay dead. The agents were injured in the shoot-out and were shot at close range. The Native American, Joseph Stuntz, was shot in the head by a sniper bullet. Mr. Stuntz’s death has never been investigated.
* According to FBI documents, more than forty Native Americans participated in the gunfight, but only AIM members Bob Robideau, Dino Butler and Leonard Peltier were brought to trial.

* Mr. Robideau and Mr. Butler were arrested first and went to trial. A federal jury in Iowa acquitted them on grounds of self-defense, finding that their participation in the shoot-out was justified given the climate of fear that existed. Additionally, they could not be tied to the close range shootings.

* Leonard Peltier was arrested in Canada. The United States presented the Canadian court with affidavits signed by Myrtle Poor Bear who said she was Mr. Peltier’s girlfriend and she saw him shoot the agents. In fact, Ms. Poor Bear had never met Mr. Peltier and was not present during the shoot-out. Ms. Poor Bear recanted her statements and said the FBI terrorized her and coerced her into signing the affidavits.
* Mr. Peltier was returned to the U.S. where his case was mysteriously transferred from the judge who tried his co-defendants to a more conservative federal judge in North Dakota. Key witnesses like Myrtle Poor Bear were not allowed to testify and unlike the Robideau and Butler trial in Iowa, evidence regarding violence on Pine Ridge was severely restricted.

* An FBI agent who had previously testified that the agents followed a pickup truck onto the scene, a vehicle that could not be tied to Mr. Peltier, changed his account, stating that the agents had followed a red and white van onto the scene, a vehicle that Mr. Peltier drove on occasion.

* Three Native American teenaged witnesses testified against Mr. Peltier, all admitting later that the FBI terrorized them and forced them to testify. Still, not one witness identified Mr. Peltier as the shooter.
* The U.S. Attorney prosecuting the case stated that they had given the defense all the FBI documents. To the contrary, more than 18,000 had been withheld in their entirety.

* An FBI ballistics expert testified that a casing found near the agents’ bodies matched the gun tied to Mr. Peltier. However, a ballistic test proving that the casing did not come from the gun tied to Mr. Peltier was intentionally concealed.

* The jury, unaware of the aforementioned facts, sentenced Mr. Peltier to two consecutive life terms.
* Following the discovery of new evidence obtained through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, Mr. Peltier demanded a new trial. The Eighth Circuit ruled, “There is a possibility that the jury would have acquitted Leonard Peltier had the records and data improperly withheld from the defense been available to him in order to better exploit and reinforce the inconsistencies casting strong doubts upon the government’s case.” Yet, the court denied Mr. Peltier a new trial.

* During oral arguments, the U.S. Prosecutor conceded that the government does not know who shot the agents, stating that Mr. Peltier is equally guilty whether he shot the agents at point blank range, or participated in the shoot-out from a distance. Mr. Peltier’s co-defendants participated in the shoot-out from a distance, but were acquitted.
* Judge Heaney, who authored the decision denying a new trial, has since voiced firm support for Mr. Peltier’s release, stating that the FBI used improper tactics to convict Mr. Peltier, the FBI was equally responsible for the shoot-out, and that Mr. Peltier’s release would promote healing with Native Americans.

* Leonard Peltier has served over 30 years in prison and is long overdue for parole. He has received several human rights awards or his good deeds from behind bars including annual gift drives for the children of Pine Ridge, fundraisers for battered women’s shelters and donations of his paintings to Native American recovery programs. Nevertheless, the parole commission will not release him unless he admits to a crime he did not commit.

* Over 6,000 FBI documents concerning Mr. Peltier’s case remain undisclosed.
Thorn- we already have, its the prejudice that still remains and that the FBI retired agents asso. & the I still hide evidense, and spend enourmious sums lobbying to keep him in

How to Write a Sales Letter Fast and Easy Part 1

If you’re trying to find out how to write a sales letter fast and easy then you’ve come to the right place. Just site back and relax while I take you through all the simple steps you need.

Pardon me for being blunt and for doing away with sugar-coated words but truth be told, coming up with a sales letter that guarantees bang up results doesn’t come as easy. More than that, bagging a positive result from the recipient of that sales letter, more often than not, is just not possible first time out.

The best copywriters usually succeed in doing it because they practice a lot. But for a newbie, wishing to achieve the same thing is crying for the moon. But don’t be disheartened. In due time, when you are seasoned enough, you too can do this.

Consider your writing ability an innate power in you that gradually grows as time passes.

And while you wait for that time to arrive, you can learn ways to bring that talent to its maximum potential that will eventually help you and your company in your sales pitch. Care if i share some tips with you? I’m sure you won’t, right? So here goes:

Step #1: Prepare!

Seasoned copywriters will agree with me when I say that 95% of the work that goes with writing a sure-fire hit sales letter transpires in the preparation stage. It’s not a jaw-dropping fact that even the most excellent copywriters spend weeks of mind boggling work on market research.

You might already agree with me that you need a long time to prepare, but then you may ask, “How do I prepare?”

Well, start by finding an inspiration. Allow your eyes and thoughts to feast on materials related to your industry. Browse magazines, newspapers and the Internet to find those appealing written advertisements from the past to the present. And then, as you can guess it, copy them verbatim. I know, I know, it is not going to be an easy process, but come on, it’s for your own good. When you really come to think of it, there’s no such thing as free lunch. And in this case, you want to get a good start, then pay with your effort. Makes sense, right?

Going back to the process, as you copy them word per word, your mind unconsciously absorbs the format until they become part of you. Remember what your literature teacher told you way back in high school? You become what you read!

But of course, from what you read and absorb, create something inherently yours. For every copy, create one original that is created by you. Then, review what you’ve copied and write another original version. Soon, you’ll be able to come up with something that will pull in go sales. While I know some people find this suggestion absurd and a waste of time, I can only wish them good luck as they skip this process. I hope your sales letter won’t go to the trash can!

Step #2: Know whom you will be dealing with

This is still part of the preparation process. Start this phase by asking yourself these questions:

1.Who am I writing to? and;

2.What do I want them to say yes to?

For instance, you are selling an e-book about How To Remedy Your Insomnia. So, the possible clients to this product should be the insomniacs who are desperate to find a way to get to sleep. The more specific your answers to question # 1, the more specific will be your target for a sales letter.

Step #3: Be in the know of what you’re selling

The next step in the preparation process is to know the perks of what you’re selling. It’s like knowing the power of your weapon so that you”ll be able to hit something with it at the right time and at the right place. Know what its advantages are and focus on elaborating on them. Refuse talking about features that you know will fall short in comparison with its competing product.

Suffice to say, you shouldn’t only focus on your product’s strength: be aware of your competitor’s strength and weaknesses too.

Start this process by listing down every feature of your product. Know every detail of it. If you’re selling an electronic product, you can highlight its color, its two-year guarantee or even the non-lead based paint. Find every good in it and exaggerate!

Go to a train station and talk to the clerk, and you get an option to give him the pardon letter or pay the bounty off.

Edit: But do you definitely have a pardon letter in your satchel? If you don’t am pretty sure you can get them in crates after you clear out gang hideouts.
