Hosea 4:6 – My people are “destroyed” for lack of knowledge (you can read the entire scripture in your spare time)………. “destroyed” – cut off……………

We are getting ready to have a ball – Ball……….. Are we getting ready to have a ball – Ball?

Proverbs 3:5-8; Psalm 139:1-5, 16; Psalm 147:3; 2 Corinthians 5:17 and Isaiah 55:8-9.

Proverbs 3:5-8

Promises – “U”, “H”

“U” – The Upright and Blessed are Prospered

“H” – Health and Healing Promised

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart: and “lean” not……. unto thine own understanding…… “U”

In “all”….. thy ways acknowledge him,…….. and he shall “direct” thy paths……. “U”

Be “not” wise in thine own eyes:……. fear the LORD,……. and depart from evil.

It shall be “health” to thy navel, and “marrow” to thy bones. (Verse 16…. Promise “H”).

Trust – confidence, security, hope, faith, (Responisble charge or office), To place confidence in, (to allow one to go, act)

“lean” – Jeremiah 9:23

Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise men glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches:

“all” – Philippians 4:6

Be careful for nothing: but in every thing….. by prayer……. and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

“direct” – Jeremiah 10:23

O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps.

“not” – Romans 12:16

Be of the same mind one toward antoher. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.

“health” – medicine

“marrow” – watering or moistening

Psalm 139:1-5, 16

O LORD, “thou” hast searched me, and known me.

Thou “knowest” my downsitting and mine uprising, thou “my” thought afar off.

Thou “compassest” my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways.

For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, “thou” knowest it altogether.

Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me.

Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book “all” my members were written, “which” in continance were…..fashioned,….. when as yet there was none of them.

“thou” – Psalm 119:46

I will speak of thy testimonies also before Kings, and will not be ashamed.

“knowest” – I Kings 8:29

That thine eyes may be opened toward this house night and day, even toward the place of which thou hast said, My name shall be there: that thou mayest hearken….. unto the prayer….. which thy servant shall make toward this place.

“my” – John 2:24

But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men.

“compassest” – Or, win-nowest (Real Job 31:4 in your spare time)

“thou” – Hebrews 4:13

Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened with the eyes of him with whom we have to do.

“all” – all of them

“which” – Or, what days they should be fashioned

Psalm 147:3

Promise – “L”

“L” – The Lord’s LOVE and Care for His Children

He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.

2 Corinthians 5:17

Therefore if any man be in Christ, “he” is a new creature” “old” things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

“he” – Or, let him be

“old” – Ephesians 6:20

For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldy, as I ought to speak.

Isaiah 55:8-9

Promise – “F”

“F” – FOOD Provided for the Lord’s Children

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are my ways, saith the LORD.

For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. (“F” – Promise)

Isaiah 58:11

Promises – “A”, “F”

“A” – ALL Things Working together for Good

“F” – FOOD Provided for the Lord’s Children

And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in “drought” and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters “fail” not.

“drought” – droughts

“fail” – lie, or deceive

Ecclesiastes 3:1

TO everything there is a season, and “to” every purpose under the heaven.

“to” – Ecclesiastes 8:6

Because to every purpose there is time and judgment, therefore the misery of man is great upon him.

Isaiah 55:6.7

Promises – “W”, “I”

“W” – WHOSOEVER Will May Be Saved

“I” – Pardon for Sins and INIQUITIES Promised

Seek “ye” the LORD while he may be found, call upon him he is near. (“W”)

Let the wicked forsake his way, and “the” unrighteous man “his” thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, “and” he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for “he” will abundantly pardon.
